"I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Julia! She was so helpful, so kind, and answered my dozens of questions with extensive knowledge and patience. I was planning to continue shopping around for car insurance, but as soon as our phone call ended, I knew I was going to stick with Julia and State Farm. The next day, I switched over and left my previous insurance company. Now, my coverage is fantastic, my monthly payment doesn’t break the bank, and I wouldn’t be afraid to call her if I have any issues. Honestly, I’d call her for no reason just to chat because she’s so easy to talk to! She also set me up with excellent rental insurance so everything’s in one place! I will be raving about Julia and State Farm to anyone who asks where they should get their insurance. Highly, highly recommend!"

"We had the good fortune of being assigned to the Heidi Washburn State Farm Agency when our agent retired. We recently had need of some assistance with our vehicles and stopped by the Heidi Washburn State Farm Agency in Cheyenne. Lexi greeted us and welcomed us so warmly! We chatted as she completed our requests and she reviewed our policy to ensure we had the best coverage for our vehicle and lifestyle. We ended up chatting about all manner of things for quite some time, and firmly solidified the nature of our client relationship, and our ongoing friendship! Lexi is truly a blessing to Heidi’s office, and to anyone who has the pleasure of spending time with her. She is incredibly knowledgeable, very professional, and personable.
